TikToker Claims She Is “Suing” Her Parents For Giving Birth To Her Without Consent

TikTok user Kass Theaz has gained popularity with over 142,000 followers. In a video seen 2.5 million times, she shocked viewers by saying she wanted to sue her parents for having her without her agreement, despite having children of her own, whom she adopted.

In the video, Theaz sits in a car, explaining that she sued her parents because she didn’t consent to being born and didn’t want the responsibilities that come with life. She clarified that she sued her biological parents, not her adoptive mother who raised her.

She continued by stating that she wants to teach children to sue their parents to avoid having to work, adding humorously, “Otherwise, they will sue you because I’m making that my life mission.”

Regarding her adoption, Theaz clarified that adopting kids is different from giving birth to them, emphasizing that it’s not her fault they exist and that she’s just trying to be a good person.

Commenters expressed confusion, unsure if Theaz was joking or being sincere. Some questioned if she was being sarcastic or if it was satire, while others found it shocking but possible in today’s America.

Theaz later clarified that her post was intended as a joke, highlighting how people react without researching. She found it humorous that people got worked up over it, emphasizing the need for research before reacting.
