US Men’s Artistic Gymnastics Team Wins Bronze, First Olympic Medal since 2008

The U.S. Men’s Artistic Gymnastics Team has secured a bronze medal at the Paris 2024 Olympics, marking their first podium finish since 2008. On July 29, 2024, the team—comprising Stephen Nedoroscik, Frederick Richard, Brody Malone, Paul Juda, and Asher Hong—earned a score of 257.793 at Bercy Arena. They finished behind Japan, who won gold with 259.594, and China, who claimed silver with 259.062.

Stephen Nedoroscik, a pommel horse specialist, played a crucial role with a high score of 14.866. This achievement ends a 16-year medal drought for the U.S. men’s team and follows their previous bronze at the 2008 Beijing Games.
