I Visited My Pregnant Sister, and When I Saw How Her Husband Treated Her, I Taught Him a Lesson

When I arrived at my pregnant sister’s house, I never expected to find her husband treating her like a servant. But what I did next, with a watermelon and a crazy bet, changed everything.

Lily, my dear sister, was nine months pregnant and exhausted. Her husband, “Mark,” lounged on the couch, ignoring her efforts. I couldn’t believe my eyes.

That evening, I witnessed Mark’s royal treatment. He dismissed Lily’s dinner and retreated to his video games. The next morning, I suggested he help more, but he scoffed. “It’s a woman’s job,” he said.

So, I made a bet. If Mark could handle Lily’s chores for a day, I’d be his personal maid for life. If he lost, he’d step up as a husband. He agreed.

I bought a watermelon, cut it in half, and wrapped it up to simulate pregnancy. Mark struggled hilariously. By evening, he gave up, realizing how much Lily did.

The lesson was learned. From then on, Mark became the husband Lily deserved.
