The staff ignored me, offering only snooty looks. Finally, I approached a saleswoman named Rebecca, asking to see the backpack. She dismissed me with disdain, saying it was impossible unless I planned to purchase it. Humiliated, I left the store.

Days later, I returned with my husband Marcus, dressed the same. Marcus, the store owner, revealed my identity, and Rebecca’s attitude quickly changed. Marcus assured better training for the staff, emphasizing respect for all customers.
