Vienna Brookshaw, born in April 2021 in the UK, had a unique birthmark called congenital melanocytic nevus (CMN) between her eyebrows. Undeterred, Casey initiated a GoFundMe campaign, raising $52,000 in 24 hours. However, pandemic-related hospital cost increases left them $27,000 short. A second appeal garnered the necessary funds.
Despite medical reassurances, Casey was determined to provide Vienna a carefree start. She emphasized, “She’s starting school at three, and little kids are clever; they notice things like that.”
Vienna, now two, underwent successful surgery, leaving only a small scar. Casey updates on her daughter’s healing, praising her beauty. Post-surgery, they ensured Vienna’s well-being with follow-up checks in London, confirming she’s a healthy, happy toddler.
