Nancy Grace Shares New Photo of Her Twins, Igniting Buzz about Her ‘So Tall’ Son

Nancy Grace warmed hearts on social media after posting a rare family photo with her 18-year-old twins, John David and Lucy Elizabeth. In the autumn snapshot from Burt’s Pumpkin Patch, fans were stunned by her son’s height, with one commenter joking, “Nancy, what are you feeding that boy?!”

The picture came just days after Grace celebrated the twins’ 18th birthday, calling them her “miracle babies.” Born prematurely in 2007 when Grace was 48, their arrival nearly cost her life after a severe pulmonary embolism. She later said the experience taught her to love “100%.”

Now, nearly two decades later, Grace’s followers rejoiced to see her children grown, healthy, and thriving — a joyful reminder of resilience, family, and gratitude.
