I Was Sure My Wife Would File for Divorce after the Bachelor Party – Instead, I Found a Rose on the Bedside Table

After a wild night at his brother’s bachelor party, John feared his wife, Allison, would be furious or even consider divorce. To his surprise, he awoke to find a rose, two Advil, and a loving note on his bedside table. The note read, “Hi honey, the pills are for your headache. When you’re ready, come down for your favorite breakfast. Love you!”

John was puzzled by Allison’s kindness. He stumbled downstairs to find her cheerfully preparing breakfast. Their son, Jake, revealed that John had come home so drunk he had fallen asleep fully clothed beside Allison. Despite the commotion, Allison had lovingly taken care of him.

Over breakfast, John reflected on their 25-year marriage. He realized he had been neglecting Allison due to work stress. He vowed to spend more time with her, rekindling their bond with weekly date nights and shared activities.
