I followed the egg diet and lost weight. Here’s how it happened

I love eating eggs. In fact, I occasionally enjoy them for breakfast with toast and a delicious glass of orange juice. But that’s not the only way I love to eat them. I often eat them in different forms with different foods.

However, despite my love for eggs, I never thought there was a diet plan called the “egg diet.” The truth is, I recently heard a group of people talking about it and didn’t pay much attention. But then, five days ago, my doctor recommended I follow this diet.
